Otis was named after Otis Redding, the Blues singer. However, kitty cat Otis never sings the Blues - he is too busy being one of the most inquisitive and playful kittens on the block. Otis is an angel with such a sweet face. He would love to go to a forever home with one of his sisters, if possible. Otis must go to a home where children recognize that kittens are not toys but living beings who don't like being roughly handled. Otis was adopted out once but returned because "he got into everything" and his human mom of one week discovered she was pregnant. Poor Otis - he must go to a home where people understand that kittens will be kittens and respect the fact that a commitment to a dependant life includes all of those, human and non, that we take into our care.
