What can be the scariest creature on the planet to a little kitten? A bear? No. A Tiger? No. A Tyrannasaurus Rex? No (but that would be scary just because they are supposed to be extinct). The answer is: HUMANS. Every year thousands of animals are abused, neglected or abandoned by humans. Little Kona and Kenya are an example of what happens when unkind humans abandon little kittens. Instead of seeking a shelter for these babies, the kittens were left on the median of a busy road. Thankfully a kind human saw the frightened and confused kitties in harm's way. She picked them up and found a safe place for them - a much better fate than trying to cross a highway. These two sisters do not have to go home together -- please come see Kona and Kenya. Paw Placement has promised to find them homes where only kind, committed humans live.
