Rhodesian Ridgeback/Mastiff Mix

Rambo is an adorable, loving puppy! A Good Samaritan, witnessed a neighbor kicking Rambo. This person would, leave Rambo in front of his apartment on a three-foot, leash. After seeing the abuse take place, the Good, Samaritan ran over and told the man she was taking the, dog from him. He told her that he'd paid $20 for the, dog and that Rambo was jumping on his kid... and so he, deserved to be mistreated (duh!). Eventually, Rambo's, rescuer was able to remove the cute pup after the man, said he didn't want him anyway. Rambo is extremely, cute and so sweet, despite everything he's been, through. He is learning to walk on the leash and is, getting better every day! He is already crate-trained, at 3 1/2 mos. and knows basic commands (sit, stay,, come, lie down); Rambo is a very quick and eager, learner when given some patience and dedication. , Rambo also responds well with clicker training. Rambo, will be a very large dog, possibly 120 pounds, so he, needs an environment that will allow for a large breed, dog and an owner that can handle a large dog. He will, need someone who can dedicate time on a daily basis to, work with him on house-training, chewing, biting,, walking on a leash and all of the other fun stuff that, comes with a puppy. It is imperative that he receives, training as a puppy because of the size he will, become. Once trained, he will be a fantastic family, dog who is protective of the home environment, gentle,, devoted, calm and a loving companion to his owner. He, will need a home where the children are older so that, his puppy teeth do not hurt a small child during his, chewing phase. Rambo would do well with an older dog, that could show him the ropes. He has been with cats, and seems very curious but not aggressive. Rambo has, already experienced so much of the bad side of human, nature and is in desperate need of a loving, positive, home environment. Now he's just waiting for someone, to show him that humans can be kind!
