Can you believe this poor little dog was found as a stray? He is only 12 lbs....no collar...no chip. Was he dumped...did his owners lose their home..did they move? Unfortunately, we see this all too often. A kind stranger rescued Owen from the dangerous streets and brought him to Sonora Veterinary Specialists. They held him for quite awhile but no one ever came for this little cutie pie. Would you give Owen the love and security that he has maybe never had?
