Bailey and her sister Stella were brought to the pound when the person who found them was unable to keep them.  She was not able to pay the pound intake fee and was probably just going to leave them somewhere.  One of Paw Placement’s dog volunteers was there and took the kittens.  They have been lovingly fostered and are very sweet and playful.
