Olive is a "rez dog." She was born on a reservation in Page, AZ. When she was a few weeks old, she was left in a box at the edge of the reservation, where rescuers know to check daily for abandoned dogs. Luckily for her, she was found by a few kind souls and surrendered to rescue.

Olive is a mixed breed dog. She looks very lab, but she is mixed with a breed that has longer hair, as we can see a longer coat slowly growing in. We do not know either of her parents, so any guesses as to her breed are purely that - educated guesses.

Olive is a fun and loving girl. She loves to play with her doggie friends, and is looking for a home with a playful doggie sibling or two. Olive is confident, mischievous, adventurous, eager to please and very affectionate.  As with all young puppies, Olive will require lots of continued training in order to ensure she grows into a well balanced and well behaved adult dog.

A note from foster momma: Olive is definitely going to be a water dog, she loves car rides, and will fetch anything you throw her way. She's been great with my pups. She's super sweet and definitely needs a backyard to run around and play.
