Kala and her brother Gobi came to us via some wonderful rescuers in northern AZ. Both pups appear well socialized as they are friendly, outgoing and affectionate, in addition to smart and eager to please. Kala is proving to be intelligent and independent, energetic and playful. As wth all young puppies, these two are learning their house manners and will need to continue their training in their forever homes, including crate, house and potty training and, perhaps most, lots of continued socialization.

A note from Kala's foster mom: Kala is the more independent of the two pups - she loves to play with her furry foster siblings, and she will also often leave the pack to explore her world on her own. Kala is also very cuddly and affectionate. Both pups love to sleep with their bellies pressed to the cool floor, back legs sprawled out - it's ridiculously cute!
